This Service is owned and operated by SingleSingles for the benefit of the owner of the Web Site and to provide Public at large with an opportunity to meet people for fun, friendship, companionship, romance, intimacy. The use of this Service by the Public therein are subject to the Terms of Service and Conditions of this Service Agreement. The Terms of Service and Conditions comprises the entire agreement between Public and SingleSingles

In Order to receive service and to communicate with other Members and make use of the SingleSingles service, you must read and agreed with these Terms of Service and indicate your acceptance of them by submitting request for SingleSingles Service on this site Registration Page.

By using the SingleSingles.services, after you register and become a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"),

1. ELIGIBILITY

2. TERM
This Agreement will remain valid and in effect while you use this service and/or are continue to be a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. SingleSingles.as well may terminate your membership at any time. If SingleSingles terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide in a profile or via SingleSingles anonymous email forwarding system - including but not limited to text, photographs, and sound - does not violate the copyright or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party.

You agree not to use any obscene, indecent, or offensive language or language describing sexual conduct, or to include any material that is libelous, abusive, harassing, annoying, or hateful, or that constitutes unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, hateful speech or language that harasses others.

You agree not to post any x rated, indecent or offensive personal ads here. Although, we are very open minded at SingleSingles however, this site is not intended for this purpose.

You will not include any commercial solicitations for the sale or barter of goods or services, or which discuss illegal activity. Photos that contain copyrighted images or profiles that impersonate others, such ads may be subject to local legal prosecution.

3. PROFILES
Your membership with SingleSingles is for your personal use only. The SingleSingles website contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, retransmission, distribution, or otherwise, of personal ads or other material obtained through this website, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law.

You agree that you may only edit your own profile and will not to disrupt or interfere with the personal ads of other members, nor alter or tamper with any information or materials associated with the personal ads placed with SingleSingles.

Profiles added to SingleSingles are become a property of SingleSingles and you grant SingleSingles the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, publish, and distribute any material you post to the Service in any medium (now in existence or hereafter developed), and for any purpose, including commercial uses, and to authorize others to do so. By posting you certify that you have given SingleSingles permission to release all "profile" information given by you in the profile registration form, to publish this information on SingleSingles site for benefit of other members and in Order to provide you with service

4. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the Website and/or the Service.

5. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SingleSingles Members. SingleSingles does not verify any information posted to the profiles or guarantees the proper use of such information by any party. SingleSingles does not assume any responsibility for the content of private e-mail messages sent between members using our anonymous email forwarding system. We do not ensure that these messages may not contain material that could be offensive to some. SingleSingles does not monitor or resolve disputes between Service users.

6. LEGAL VIOLATIONS
If the Member conducts in a manner that would be considered a criminally offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, then SingleSingles reserve the right and will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing SingleSingles to disclose the identity of violates.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will SingleSingles be liable to you or any third person and/or third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Service, even if SingleSingles has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, SingleSingles liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SingleSingles for the Service during the term of membership.

By submitting your Registration you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a Member of this Service, contains the entire agreement between SingleSingles and you (the user of that service) regarding the use of the Web Site and/or the Service.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding Terms of Service and your use of the Web Site and your membership in the Service and may be modified by SingleSingles from time to time.

8. JURISDICTION
Canadian Law shall apply to all contractual obligations arising out of these Service conditions and Courts in City of Winnipeg in Province of Manitoba shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all contractual obligations.
